A quick shout out to Ms Houng our housekeeper in the Villa, you are so nice and amazing at your work. The Movenpick Resort has everything you need for a relaxing and fun time that I highly recommend without hesitation for friends, couples, families and even the business travellers. The breakfast and dinners are like an epic culinary expedition, a food and drink extravaganza, that will leave you wanting even more! A big hi to the two chefs in the pic, you guys and the kitchen team do an incredible job on the spreads. The food and drinks offerings are spread across the whole resort from breakfast to dinner and included the Tropicana Bar and the Panorama restaurant. Finished with high end materials and furnishings and we absolutely loved and appreciated all the effort in the bed art and decorations from house keeping. The villa was worth every cent and was an oasis within an oasis and the rooms had views to die for! The rooms were absolutely flawless. We took rooms in the building as well as a villa with the fantastic private plunge pool and I cannot recommend either highly enough. We were lucky to meet the most lovely and experienced GM Mr Bruno Huber who overseas this spectacular resort filled with activities and water sports galour! Waters slides, beach, food, gyms, beer house, suspension challenge course, kids and adult pool, body treatments and so much more awaits. The new in house app to help with translation of orders was awesome and worked great. Incredible job guys! Although the foyer was busy the resort is so big that there was a real sense of space to still feel relaxed and at peace, especially back in the rooms.
Like a well oiled machine the Movenpick reception crew including Ms Yen and the amazing Mr Dang Trang (Front Office Manager) delivered, living up to the brand and customer expectation.

As platinum Accor plus members we were warmly welcomed by the team at reception who did an incredible job in the midst of school holiday mayhem with tonnes of visitors arriving and departing from all over Vietnam and the world.

They take pride in their jobs and maintain the gardens to perfection.…Īdventure, Luxury, Indulgence, Seclusion, Beach and Fun is what the Movenpick Cam Ranh has install when you stay at this fabulous resort on the Incredible Vietnamese Riviera. The biggest heroes for us were the grounds keepers. People perhaps enjoyed the main pool to the beach? The beach also had a 'happy hour' from 11am-3pm. We found that for a very busy resort the beach would be very quiet. Our highlight was the beach - clear water and white sand. If you had small children you would enjoy the dancing mascots and balloon magicians who wander around the main buffet restaurant. The family enjoyed the resort food and preferred dining at the Tropicana restaurant rather than panoramic buffet, which was constantly busy and hectic. The grounds for the spa are huge and there are many services available. We would choose this villa again in hindsight, The spa was enjoyable for massage and facial and the staff were very pleasant and efficient. Our villa was located the furthest away - which was disappointing however we learnt to enjoy the quiet, utilise the buggies to get around and beach access. However each day it got better and better as we navigated how things worked and used the in hotel app on our phones to pre-book table reservations, buggies for transport and other housekeeping services. The first impressions were not great and we felt like this was not the right stay for us. It was a Sunday and very hectic in the lobby. Our flight arrived around noon and check in is not until 3pm. We stayed here for 7 nights as a family of 4 in a two bedroom pool villa. Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip.
